Juliana Bihlet, PE, CFM

​

Juliana is a certified professional civil engineer with the state of Texas.  Juliana received her BS in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.  Along with her two business partners, Juliana has successfully started and grown a civil engineering firm for which she is part of the management team that develops the overall growth strategies for the company.  Juliana is responsible for managing the company’s financials, for which she monitors areas of needed improvement, sets goals for these areas and develops action plans to achieve them. She also assists in management of the day to day operations of the business and determines strategies to increase efficiencies and personnel that can fill any necessary gaps.  Juliana graduated from the Goldman Sachs small business program in which she gained additional in-site related to growing and operating a business.

Juliana’s background as a civil engineer has been invaluable to eliminating properties that have undesirable risks from an engineering perspective, especially as related to flooding and modified building and construction codes post Harvey.
